![]() At least I could cap off my FPS at 120 on DS1 and increase my sensitivity for a more consistent and enjoyable experience. I'm going back to Dead Space 1 again as a good comparison because it was also was an analog control to PC / mouse&keyboard port similar to RE:4, but the mouse aim issues were nothing compared to how terrible this is. Yet here we have a bunch of fanboys like Rain here, who I'm going to seriously deem as a bunch of ignorant casuals, that are defending this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ port where others like myself are rightfully upset with it, by insulting my ability to actually have an eye for quality, unlike yourselves. īut judging by that right there, I can tell that this port was barely playtested, if even at all. Such as increased damage from enemies grappling you, increased rate of fire from NPCS sitting on a machine gun turret, faster fired rocket speed from npcs, boat animation in Ada mission going literally twice as fast as it should - and the list goes on. ![]() Furthermore, if you had the ability to read, sir Rain, you would understand that I'm not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about mouse delay, but rather that I'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about poor mouse TRACKING.Īnd now beyond just mouse issues, I used a little google-fu and even searched around on the steam forums to find that there are other overlooked issues that are in place due to the FPS increase. I have my v-sync forced off using Nvidia control panel (and have for quite some time now), so the mouse delay isn't even an issue for me, it's the poor tracking the game has for aiming. Is there something wrong with having some expectations or are you simply that much of an ignorant and casual fanboy who doesn't care about quality, or anything for that matter? I expected that this product would be playtested and made so that many fans could enjoy this game in HD, not have this half-assed product that doesn't honestly belong on "shelves" to be sold. I expected a lot more out of Capcom, and Steam for that matter. let me just say I wasted time reading your reply and in replying to you right here.įinally, before I get back to it, Crusta, you aren't worth the reply, but I will tell you what I expected. then topping it off with pretending to be useful with mundane information as if you aren't hypocritical trash, well. True story.Īnd Dekonoga, considering you're going to judge someone who jokingly goes by the name Noobii and quotes off my something silly in my profile as a way to insult me. For future reference, don't be any form of tech support over the phone, online, or anything, because you would be terrible at it. Rain, you seem to have this superiority complex in which you assume things people have done wrong without even asking them. I wouldn't play it if it was ♥♥♥♥ing FREE. nothing but pure disappointment in the ♥♥♥♥tiness of this ♥♥♥♥ing garbage port. Went and got booze, wanted to stream this even, and nope. I already hate this port and wish I hadn't bought it, I am thoroughly ♥♥♥♥ing unhappy with this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ing ♥♥♥. What a ♥♥♥♥ing disappointment and piece of ♥♥♥♥. I can hold down right mouse button aim, then slowly drag my mouse all the way across my mouse pad and the crosshair won't even ♥♥♥♥ing move from it's spot. when I'm trying to move my mouse more slowly and the aim barely moves (or doesn't move at all, even while I am PHYSICALLY MOVING MY MOUSE) that is just GARBAGE. I've got a lot of practice refining mouse movements, and small precision tunings while aiming, which are a must-have for accuracy and headshots, of course! Who doesn't want to explode zombie heads? Well. It's like the problem with Dead Space 1 except it's NOT related to framerates being too high considering I'm staying at 60 FPS, which if you went too high with DS1 your mouse sensitivity would suffer similar issues. ![]() If you move your mouse really slowly, it won't pick up the mouse movement at all, and this problem seems to be further exasperated by higher DPI mice. The game needs an entirely separate control mode for mouse and keyboard, because my big issue is with the actual AIMING. the mouse aim is such garbage it's like they didn't even try. and as a gamer who's put many years into FPS games on PC, I was very excited to feel out RE:4 HD on PC.īoy was I sorely disappointed. smoothness upgrade, wonderful feel to the controls. I loved this game, ESPECIALLY when it was ported to Wii, texture upgrade. That's my complaint with this because that's WHY I bought this port.
